SOUL SNACK 54 ... When Heaven Beams

“…the lord be exalted who delights in the well being of His servants." PS 35:27b

Meeting us daily, can be the unreasonable judgement or the condemning stare.
“Where did that come from?" cries the soul.

They do not delight in my well being. They desire no goodness for me, only harm.

God sees all this! All his faculties receive exactly what I do. He knows!

His arms of great grace will even reach down to me thru the clouds of the cosmos. There is no impediment for His touch. He finds pleasure in presenting me with pleasure. His delight is in delivering me delight.

His desire to delight infinitely outweighs their desire to harm.

Mis-judgements crush my spirit. God's judgements refresh my spirit.

God beams when I approach Him. He blesses when I depart. For, His delight is in my well being.
