Floating a new Future

Soul Snack 85/14 ... 370 days of animal laden stench, cabin fever and stale food took Noah to a new place, a mountain-top he had never climbed - Mt Ararat.

I wonder how painful the loss of all friends were, or how difficult the extended time of isolation really felt for Noah and his family?

Have you suffered too long, maybe much longer than Noah?

Has flooding drenched your soul and tears stained your cheeks?

When swamped beneath a deluge or drowning below foreboding skies...

Where there is no hint of sunshine and you fail to tread water any longer...

When there is no sight of rescue and all you had is lost...

REMEMBER floods are never an end in themselves, they are not permanent.

Floods are God's mechanism for replacement, repair and renewal.

If the floods don't drown you, they will deliver you.

Floods carry you to new mountain-tops, lifting you to unknown heights. Unseen vistas now please your eyes.

When landfall is found - CELEBRATE, for the best is yet to come.

After the flood God turns destruction into construction, He has a better new world for you.

Then God blessed Noah and his sons, saying to them, ‘Be fruitful and increase in number and fill the earth.  (Genesis 9:1)
