When Yesterday No Longer Whispers

Sadness is never to be at the end of a man's sunset. It is not as our good Lord intended. His purpose is that all men should choose for His grace and thank Him for His mercy. It is then they enjoy His righteous forgiveness and the doors of Paradise part.

Death is as final as it is a new beginning.

Rumors of yesterday have passed with the breath, they will no longer rattle the soul.

Pains and pleasures, bitterness and blessings are all consigned to the pine box – a man’s final resting place upon this planet earth.

The valuable things have been consigned to a mere vapor when breath is no more.

Behind the veil no man can conceive. His death confirms his steps of faithfulness.

The divine assize shall examine the fruits ripened in his heart.

Death comes against all men with threat, denial, fear and misery – but this needs not be necessarily so.

Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for You are with me... (Psalm 23:4a)
