Soul Snack S17/12 ... The gold in You

Within each of us is a divinely blended gold-mine.

There is always much treasure within you even if many have attempted to dig it out.

(Past failures God does not record, your sin is abandoned and heaven searches you with grace.)

Maybe the Lord has all these nuggets deposited in you NOW - as His GOLDMINE ... don't let any gold-diggers steal them away.

• The nugget that seeks Jesus before it seeks jewels,
• The nugget  that invites, indeed enjoys the precious deposit of His Holy Spirit,
• The nugget of willingness to water His implanted seed of faith,
• The nugget of talents,
• The nugget of being a grace depositer,
• The nugget of being a love sharer,
• The nugget of a helping hand,
• The nugget of refreshing words,
• The nugget of a listening ear and
• The nugget of witness.

This gold-mine edifies others, strengthens your body and your soul while glistening to all true prospectors.

Many in this world search for a gold buried deep in the earth, covered in dirt and retrieved at great expense. Yet, how better would this world be, if it simply recognised you who contains the true gold, the gold from heaven?

“You are the salt of the earth ... you are the light of the world ... let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven." (Matt 5:13-16)
