Soul Snack 18/12 ... The Lord of Love

When fatigue, fear or failure threatens, when loss lingers and temptation attacks, grasp these promises from The Lord of Love as precious deposits for the vault within your heart ~

• He remains faithful forever - Ps 146:6
• He lifts up those bowed down - Ps 146:8
• He heals the broken-hearted and binds up their wounds - Ps 147:3
• He is near to all those who call upon Him in truth - Ps 145:18

When your soul thirsts for the Lord as a parched land does for rain, when you beg Him to guide your ways, when you hide yourself in Him - He will place your feet on level ground and He will lift you up.

Jesus can no more deny your appeals than He can deny His love.
