Has your past been a thief to your future?

Has yesterday's darkness caused you to dread tomorrow's light?

Does tomorrow fill with you with fear because yesterday robbed you of faith?

Do the pains of the past dull the pleasures of today and threaten them tomorrow?

There comes the time when satisfaction arises and replaces suffering, pleasure will dilute pain and faith will smother fear. This time is still found on this earth as surely as Jesus' tomb is empty.

A mate of mine's voice still rattles through my head - God has steak on your plate while you wait, not just pie in the sky when you die. Refuse to settle for baked beans.
