SOUL SNACK 9/111 .. Little mirrors from heaven!

Bona-fide healthy and happy TV I can still clearly remember. "My 3 Sons", "Father knows best" and even "Leave it to Beaver."

One particularly comic, clever and simple show was "Kids say the darndest things" with Bill Cosby.

Children so accurately capture adulthood with their observant naivety.This, Bill Cosby could work so well. Such an innocent insight into anadult can have the sharpness of a sabre and the deftness of a scalpel.

My children are the same to me.

People were bringing little children to Jesus to have him touch them, but the disciples rebuked them. WhenJesus saw this, he was indignant. He said to them, "Let the littlechildren come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of Godbelongs to such as these. I tell you the truth, anyone who will not receive the kingdom of God like a little child will never enter it." And he took the children in his arms, put his hands on them and blessed them. My hopelessness has been revealed in my childrens helplessness. Isee things in them I want removed! I ask why do they do this? Silentlytheir faithful eyes lovingly ascend to mine and reply - dad we are justcopying you, we learnt this from you!

My children are the mirrors of heaven for my sin release!
