How A Man Rises To God
Few men walk in the knowledge of righteousness, even fewer meditate upon its wisdom. Righteousness is disdained, lambasted and refused by good and bad men alike. They know not of its beauty, have felt none of its caress, nor chosen such ways.
Likewise faithfulness is not moist upon mens' lips for its does not first live in their hearts. But God sees all, knows all - always.
A man's faithfulness rises to God, and God's righteousness descends to man.
The meeting of faithfulness and righteousness is a spiritual intersection between heaven and earth. This union is greeted by the vertical praise that flows from a man of faith's heart.
God's righteousness will fail to be apprehended unless a man first chooses faithfulness as his response to Heaven.
Mankind cannot reward righteousness for they cannot perceive it, but God does and He can.
God wraps His righteous arms around the faithful soul. He holds them secure, loved and inspired.
Righteousness is both God's vanguard and rearguard to the faithful.
Love and faithfulness meet together; righteousness and peace kiss each other. Faithfulness springs forth from the earth, and righteousness looks down from heaven. (Psalm 85:10-11)
