The Rock that is Higher
The Lord would speak to those who have tears that flow as a waterfall:
I have this to say to you, your tears are more precious than much fine gold to Me. So much so that I have counted them, recorded their number and bottled each drop. I am very happy to update My records and find larger bottles, as you empty your heart into Mine. For it is from your tears that you seek My refuge. It is in your soul-tearing sadness that you seek My face. Yes - it is in your devotion that I lead you to the secure rock that is higher than you.
This rock is a fortress that can't be assailed, a high place that can never be flooded. No enemy can scale it and it is too high to be shot upon. It has no steps and cannot be scaled. I lift you up and place you there. This rock has already defeated death, even the death that lingers over your peace, the health of your soul - it is My only Son. As you come to Him you run into My presence where I hold your right hand tight and cotton-ball your heart.
From the ends of the earth I call to you, I call as my heart grows faint; lead me to the rock that is higher than I. (Psalm 61:2)
