A Place in God's Heart
Could these words from Heaven be just for you?
To the unseen sufferer, the unheard victim or the not vindicated...
To the weary and the wounded...
To the lost, the least, the last and the lonely...
To those who bend the knee in pain-filled humility, those seekers of Heavenly refuge...
To those who refuse to return the fire of evil, who wait upon their Lord Jesus instead...
HE WOULD SAY from Heaven to you this day:
I was beside you when the war began.
I shielded you when the bullets were fired, standing in front of you. Yes you too were hit but I took more bullets than you could ever know.
I held your right hand (still do), your hand of priority, purpose and strength.
I shared your pain, and gladly took it when you gave it to Me.
To this very day I have never stopped. I shall not fail to be your shelter, I shall stay as your shield and My shoulders remain strong for all your burdens.
I who do not change, cannot change for you either. My love shall always continue. Believe Me in this - for what I have done in your yesterday, stays today and is My promise over ALL your tomorrows.
This covenant I have with you is to fill with you with hope, to plant peace within and give you rest.
Through your sojourn upon earth My promise stands. It is when we meet you will no longer need it, for then we are together. Here is where love cannot cease and enemies are no longer present.
You hold a place in My heart that NONE other can ever fill.
"Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go." (Joshua 1:9)
