Grace Faces Me Forward

There are no thrones I can approach, nor stately doors drawn open should I knock.

Yet grace permits me, NO - invites me to approach heaven's throne.

Grace glides heaven's doors apart that I may boldly walk in.

Let us then approach God’s throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need. (Hebrews 4:16)

Grace is divine equipping, a merciful empowering to do what I no longer can't.

It is a turbocharger for my weary feet, and a supercharged boost upon my troubled soul.

Grace is the power to continue when all of me has expired; the fuel for my times of need.

This grace was given to us in Christ Jesus before the beginning of time. (2 Timothy 1:9c)

It is from the infinite reservoirs of grace set aside for me from before the world that I manage insult, and walk through despair.

Grace turns the feet to forward when all they desire is retreat.

Grace is heaven's neutralising and healing elixir, the antidote to life's poisons.

It is Heaven's greeting card sent to soothe the storms within.

Grace is the sweet daily manna our Lord plates up for us each morning because:

grace is God lightening our days.
