Indulgence is the aphrodisiac to sin.
Have you been tethered to sin for too long?
Have you been pushed back by sin and about to fall?
Does this prayer resonate within the core of your person, could it be the cloud for your dreams rise from;
O Lord, the fruit of my lips and the thoughts of my heart do not honor you. My soul cherishes the carnal and my spirit agrees, my mind races to sin and my body is not too far behind - please free me from this bondage.
The burden of sin crushes but a load lifted is liberation. Permit He who was carried by nails to carry your sin, for when He is given permission He also transform your life.
Oh to be bound to the Lord and not to me, the things of this world, the delights of the eyes or the desires of the heart.
Nails are only small, but they can carry many times more than weight. This nail suspended Jesus will not fall or fail under your added weight either.
Surely he took our infirmities and carried our sorrows... and the Lord has laid on Him the iniquity of us all (Is 53:4a & 6)
