Golgotha's Goal

Soul Snack 8/152 ... Golgotha's Goal

Does God still keep His sabbaths?

God is at work constantly and universally. His activity is always to draw yet another soul into wonderful relationship with Himself.

With 5 billion people on this planet, I just suspect that even for God, He is busy; although clearly 'up to the task'.

God is never lazy, negligent nor disinterested in our lives! He is totally devoted to seeing His 'image-like' companions, seated around  Him.

Whether I am wealthy or poor, injured or well, catholic or calathumpian, He continues to act to draw me to Him. The God of The Cross had as His goal for Golgotha my permanent joy with Him.(Anything less than this is robbery.)

His path for me is repentance, His goal for me is His goodness.

My opportunities to repent are as finite as my breath.

He still desires to pour all His grace into me that I may know Him.

Through Golgotha I now see The Father as I never could before. His gifting of Jesus to me is His painful torturous path that says, "I want to give every part of me, to every part of you now and FOREVER."

The impure and blood stained Cross of Jesus makes the pure Heart of the Father known.

No one has ever seen God, but God the One and Only, who is at the Father's side, has made him known. John 1:18
