What if you were the innkeeper?

Pause for a moment, yes, even at Christmas. Unwrap your heart. Search for this baby Jesus.

And she gave birth to her firstborn son and wrapped Him in swaddling cloths and laid Him in a manger, because there was no place for them in the inn. (Luke 2:7)

Each human is an innkeeper. We decide if there is accommodation at our Inn for Jesus.

Jesus was not hiding at His birth and is not hiding to this very day. Christmas proves it.

There exists no obstacle too big that can obscure this baby - except human pride. All our breathing days are available to conduct this search.

God made searching so easy...

God couldn't have made Himself bigger to impress us, so He made Himself smaller to attract us.

Follow the trail of your time, your affections, your energy, your money and your allegiances. At the end of that trail you will find a throne; and whatever, or whoever is on that throne is what holds the highest value for you.

The Last Word:

On that throne is your chosen Babe in the Manger.
