Nothing avails a man as much as taking his eyes away from himself.
Those who are wise will shine like the brightness of the heavens, and those who lead many to righteousness, like the stars forever and ever. (Daniel 12:3)
Shining is the purpose of every believer's actions.
Righteousness claims every believer's steps.
Wisdom is the torch that lights every believer's purpose.
There is nothing convenient in shining, righteousness and wisdom - they must be pursued.
BUT RECALL - first of all there was nothing convenient about The Cross.
