Soul Snack 101/12 ... On Eagle's Wings
To those at crossroads, without comfort and too full of cares;
To the smacked, the saddened and the sickened;
To the troubled, the tormented and the terrified;
To the disused, the discarded and the down-trodden, you may not have been seen by man but you always have been seen by God.
God still has a good pleasing and perfect will for you, He still has plans to build you up and not to tear you down.
In the journey of life when it's too cold, unseen blasts assail you and you are blind to where you are going...
He is carrying you on the wings of eagles but the cold from being so high in the sky, the exposure to the wind blasts and the blinding clouds that surround you make for a difficult flight - yet the time arrives when the journey finishes; you alight upon a mountaintop see how much ground you have amazingly covered and then you witness the terrible war-zone you were in that the eagle's difficult flight safely ferried you across.
He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak... but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles... (Is 40:29, 31a)
To soar with eagles the view is so uncertain until you land at that high and safe new place BUT then you will thank God for eagles.
