Drifting?
The Lord Himself goes before you and will be with you; He will never leave you nor forsake you. Do not be afraid, do not be discouraged. (Deuteronomy 31:8)
Daily I am reminded of God’s untiring kindness and goodness to me, often through the warm nature of His people. These are His grace filled acts and wise counsel to allow me to be both blessed and pay it forward. The reciprocity of grace circulates, multiplying generosity and goodwill further than any eye can see.
God has good intentions for His faithful. He will neither reject nor neglect His own.
...He wakens me morning by morning, wakens my ear to listen as one being taught. (Isiah 50:4b)
Daily He invites us all into relationship to hear from Him sustaining words and ways. He invites us to cast our loads on Divine shoulders. It is not in the drifting away. He has plans and intentions to favor us for He called us in righteousness and not wickedness.
I, the Lord, have called you in righteousness... (Isaiah 42:6a)
This God of the Cross, has saved us. He will keep us.
He does not fail to fulfill His plans nor to complete His intentions.
Remember Jesus daily acts to Supply our Souls as well as our bodies. YOU CAN TRUST HIM.
Even to your old age and gray hairs I am He, I am He wo will sustain you. I have made you and I will carry you; I will sustain you and rescue you. (Isaiah 46:4)
