The Grip of Seasons!
There exists a Divine orchestration of mans' seasons. Men think they are sovereign, yet no man can shorten or lengthen them. Haste is never on God's mind, for He owns time.
Mankind dwells in many seasons of promise or hopelessness, love or hate, and joy or sorrow.
God has created seasons and exercises the same control as where rain drops fall, or how high the seas billow. Seasons are created for mankind's well-being. Men have long desired to manipulate them but they can no more do so than they can predict their final sentence.
Seasons are appointed to draw men into His presence. Their benefit is the finding of God, and the receiving of righteousness.
From one man He made all the nations, that they should inhabit the whole earth; and He marked out their appointed times in history and the boundaries of their lands. God did this so that they would seek Him and perhaps reach out for Him and find Him, though He is not far from any one of us. (Acts 17:26-27)
The Last Word:
The fool rejects audit of his seasons, while the wise are patient in faith and redeem them.
