The pure and true knowledge of God is to convict a man to obedience. This is only revealed by Jesus the Christ who has made God known.
Disobedience is no option.
If you love me, you will obey my commandments.
Heaven will punish those who don't know Him, and do not obey the righteous gospel of His Son and our Messiah.
Obedience is not optional.
Mankind either obeys their Maker or delights in their wickedness.
'... all will be condemned who have not believed the truth but have delighted in wickedness.' (2 Thessalonians 2:12)
Let your heart be humble, ruled by God's will and not yours. Don't argue with Him. It is then you are drawn ever closer to His righteousness, and Christ's presence.
It is as we pass through earth during our mortal coil that we must fight for spiritual conquest. The sword is swung daily. The war must be won!
Victory is gained at life's 'T' intersections. It is there that the righteous path is continually turned towards, and thus trod.
Obedience won't stop the decomposition of our physical lives, but it will halt the decay of our spiritual lives. ~ Ian Barclay
