Where anger is healthy resentments are bred.
Where rejection is delivered withdrawal is chosen.
Where authoritarianism rules, rebellion rises.
Where accusation is present so too is crushing.
When love is absent immorality is invited.
Criticism is the nursery of faultfinding.
Poor nurture is father to insecurity, impulsiveness and fear.
If lives were full of love; if affection, approval and affirmation dripped each day into tender hearts the above list would be empty (and so too court rooms, prisons AND HELL).
How true then this is - LOVE COVERS ALL THINGS!!!
Above all, love each other deeply, because love covers over a multitude of sins. (1 Peter 4:8)
The steps of life are the search for love; some are in a fun run while others are in a marathon.
