When The Job Didn't Work Out#

Joseph was twice betrayed, first by his brothers and then again by his boss' wife. (See Genesis 37 & 39 for the full story)

Brooding on those who have done you wrong is a time-honored, international pastime. This can mess with your life's directions.

No matter how long you went in the wrong direction, you can always turn it around with God. Every day that you put off or delay living true to your God-signed heart, you lessen your happy tomorrows.

Whatever hurt you in your past doesn’t have to manage you today. Forgiveness gives you release to heal and move on.

Wrong thoughts cannot produce a right life.

Change your mind now. Many mishaps come when you ignore the signals and signs God sends.

God doesn’t give you all the details to your destiny. He only asks you to take the next step and trust Him.

God has given you everything that you need to live the best life you can possibly live. And, He did it because He's good, not because you are good.

Refuse to complain about who did you wrong, the job that didn’t work out. That loss, even betryal was not hidden from God’s eyes. As with a betrayed Joseph it has made you into who you are today. When you face a difficulty, instead of being maudlin a new perspective has arisen:

This is not here to defeat me. It’s here to promote me.

Even if you don’t see how things could ever work out, God does. He can make a way out of no way. Do your part and stay in faith. Keep telling those mountains to move. God is not limited by your circumstances. He is the Way. He is the Door. He is faithful to deliver you. God shifts your season. What took a long time will now happen quickly.#

You intended to harm me, but God intended it for good to accomplish what is now being done, the saving of many lives. (Genesis 50:20)
