Not 'I' but 'Christ'

The Lord examines His disciples. He does not measure their abilities or inabilities, not even for a minute. Jesus scans the heart for a believer's availability.

  • Jesus the Christ died for me.
  • Jesus the Christ died as me.
  • Jesus the Christ lives in me.
  • Jesus the Christ preaches through me.
  • Jesus the Christ loves from me.

I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me. (Galatians 2:20)

Christians that would hold on in the service of the Lord must look more upon the Crown than upon the Cross. ~ Thomas Brooks

Some preach Christ out of envy and rivalry, but others out of goodwill. The latter do so in love... The important thing is that in every way, whether from false motives or true, Christ is preached. And because of this I rejoice. (Philippians 1:15-16,18)

Today, let us rise and so go to our work. Tomorrow we shall arise and go to our reward. ~ Richard Fuller

JESUS MUST INCREASE AND I MUST DECREASE. (John 3:33)

In the Kingdom of God second carries far more honor than first.#
